The Standard Handbook for Electrical Engineers has served the EE field for nearly a century. Originally published in 1907, through 14 previous editions it has been a required resource for students and professionals. This new 15th edition features new material focusing on power generation and power systems operation two longstanding strengths of the handbook that have recently become front-burner technology issues. At the same time, the entire format of the handbook will be streamlined, removing archaic sections and providing a quick, easy look-up experience.

Customer Rating: Summary: standard handbook for electrical engineers Comment: Its a good book. useful for all electrical enginners, with a complete revision of all aspects related with electricity.
Customer Rating: Summary: Engineer's review Comment: I had an old version and replace it with this version. Not much updating. Still a good reference for electrical distribtion engineers but was disappointed with the lack of topics fromn the last 20 years.
Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent book for your EE library Comment: I checked out the 12th edition of this book from the library and found it to be an excellent resource. Very informative covering detailed aspects of many areas of EE design. Lots of figures, tables and pictues showing you what equipment and systems look like if you've never seen them before. The 14th edition is very similiar, only larger pages and updated figures and content. This is an excellent resource.
