Home Theatre Reference PowerCenter HTS 2600 features Monster Clean Power Stage 2 filters, three patented discrete filter sections (ultra-high current audio, video and low current audio) and a remote activation circuit for auto turn-on of switched/time outlets. HTS 2600 has two switched and two switched/timed outlets for sequential power turn-on and six unswitched outlets for components that require constant current. HTS 2600 comes with an extra-long high current 8ft PowerLine 200 High Current Power Cable, 24K gold contacts and has a 2960-joule rating for surge and spike protection.

Summary: Yes it makes a difference.
Comment: This product does make a difference. I notice a slight increase in picture quality and the difference in audio is really noticeable. Now I have a better home theatre system and a really neat looking surge protector. I would recommend this product to everybody who is in the market for a surge protector. I have this hooked up to a Samsung 120hz 1080p LCD tv, Velodyne Sub CH-T8, Yamaha Rx-V663, PS3, XboX360, and Cable box.

Comment: bought on Amazon for $139.99, now it is $245 price seems to go up and down. I guess I got a great deal also only paid $7 to ship!!!
looks great, power cord is heavy duty, unit seems very well built could not be more happy. Don't quite know why is has a power button on the front, I guess so you can turn every thing off during a power outage or an electrical storm.

Summary: Great Product...lights a little annoying.
Comment: This is a great product that is a must have for any A/V system. Cheap insurance against power anomalies that can be damaging to any piece of electronic equipment. By the way...it will not improve the picture sound quality like some say.
The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lights on the front panel are quite bright and distracting. They should have used dimmer lighting or had a dimming feature. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of.

Summary: HTS PowerCenter is a wonderful product
Comment: Excellent I did connect it to a Playstation 3, 46 LCD Sharp Aqua tv, RX-V3300 Yamaha receiver and HD Direct tv receiver and the picture quality improved,the sound improved a lot. I got 4 Infinity speakers ERS310 in ceiling and ERS HV250 as a front speaker. Clean sound. I do recommend this product for $ 160.00 is a very good investment.

Summary: Decent, for the money
Comment: This is a nice conditioner. The back of the unit has labeled plugs as most Monster products do. It included a decal sheet to label the component cords for identification. However it did not include rack ears, as the manual indicated. All in all, a good buy.
